G-BEC manages the condominium conversion of Notre Dame Plaza

Business Problem/Opportunity:
Notre Dame Plaza in Winnipeg, Manitoba was an old rental apartment block. Gabra Reality Investments Ltd. sensed the opportunity to develop this old building into condominiums. The plan was to renovate the building completely and convert it into individual condominium units then sell each unit.

G-BEC, was hired to manage the project as timing of all activities by the contractors, surveyor, lawyer and the real estate representative had to be well coordinated.


Result:
In spite of the complications between the developer and the main contractor, G-BEC was able to manage the project to successful completion.
