G-BEC helps DKM/Skurka consolidate Eaton into their systems
Business Problem/Opportunity:
Skurka Aerospace (DKM’s client) has acquired Eaton
Corp. and had a challenging deadline to merge their systems.
Solution:
G-BEC, through their partner DKM, worked with both
Skurka’s and Eaton’s IT staff to coordinate the consolidation process.
The solution involved analysis of the fields from MFG. PRO. (Eaton’s ERP)
and mapping them into MAPICS (Skurka’s ERP) and the development of the
conversion programs. These programs read through uploaded files (from
MFG. PRO.) and populated MAPICS offline load files then loaded the data
into MAPICS.
G-BEC was involved mainly in Project Management
capacity but also helped in the Application Development.
